Art Conversions from Rodeo Photographic Images by AL
RUSCELLI
PHOTOGRAPHY
Al Ruscelli
Photography's Rodeo Art site emphasizes the creation of art prints
from rodeo images. Our rodeo artwork is created from digital images, film prints or film negatives.
In most cases, we use our high-speed film and digital cameras to capture
rodeo action at up to 10-frames-per-second. This allows us to freeze
the critical moments in dramatic action photos. However, we are not limited
to action photos. Show animals may also be photographed and those
photos can be converted to art images. Final rodeo art images
are typically printed to canvas, Gicle fine art
paper, and
prints on watercolor paper. Al Ruscelli Photography serves the Houston to Galveston, Texas, areas and
is available for travel anywhere in the United States.

We Accept:
The links below show
some, of our rodeo art conversions.
Click on links (above) or click on any rodeo art image (below) to
visit the
rodeo photo-to-art
page you wish to see. Most images are shown in multiple forms to emphasize
that many different art effects can be applied to any given image for some
fairly radically different results.
Al
Ruscelli Photography creates rodeo art from photographs through
a conversion and digital printing process. We
typically create the photographsvia a
standard portrait session or live-action shooting using high-speed cameras and convertthose
images
to art.
In many cases,we can use
our customer's
existing rodeo photos (prints or digital files) and convert those
rodeo photos to art, as well. Please contact us for
details. Rodeo-related photos submitted to us must be of good quality
for best conversion effect, and digital files must be submitted at as high resolution
as possible.
We create watercolor images, charcoal, and a
variety of other effects, including sepia tone prints.
Printing options include prints on canvas, Gicle
prints on fine art paper, watercolor paper, and other media.
Minimum print size is 8x10 inches and maximum is 40x60 inches. All
prints may be sized for standard
framing or custom sized to suit your needs.
Please keep in mind that our photo
conversions are truly impressive when the final printed image is viewed in
person. The relatively small web images on this page do not convey nearly
the visual impact of a full-sized image printed on canvas or other art media.
However, the images on these pages should give the viewer an idea of each image's
potential when printed on a larger, real-life medium such as canvas or fine art
Gicle
prints.
Please note that we cannot work with copyrighted photos
produced by other studios or photographers unless those photos are
accompanied by a usage release from the studio or photographer who created
them.

Footnotes on rodeo art
conversions from photos and digital conversions to art. We typically
create photographic images during one of our portrait or sports sessions (either
with digital cameras or standard film), or use existing photographs from our
customers, and create artwork that is printed Gicle
style on fine art paper, printed on canvas, watercolor paper, and other media.
We even do sepia tone conversions. These prints are great for framing and
are unique gifts for friends and family members. Our rodeo image
conversion-to-art process is applicable to nearly any type of rodeo photos
(whether we capture the initial image or the image is provided to us by our
customer). Typical conversions to art include such images as the grand
entry, cowboys, cowgirls, bareback horse riding, saddle bronc riding, bull
riders, calf scramble, calf roping, women's breakaway roping, steer roping,
steer wresting, tie-down roping, team roping, wild horse racing and barrel
racing, as well as livestock and/or other show animals (cattle / beef, horses,
sheep, swine / pigs, goats, poultry, including chickens and turkeys, rabbits,
etc). An
almost unlimited number of subjects can be converted from photographs and
printed on art paper or canvas. If you have existing rodeo or related
photographs you would like converted to art, we can accept submissions by mail
or e-mail. Please note that we must evaluate your photo for usability.
Poor quality photos may not easily be converted to artwork, and copyrighted
images by other photographers cannot be accepted without the photographer's
written permission. Please contact us by e-mail at:
